- Graduated Summa Cum Laude (with highest of honors) from Gwinnett College Rising Spirit School of Massage-which is a top ranked school for massage and neuromuscular therapy training and certification,
- Skilled and Certified in Myosynaptics, NMT, Trigger & Tender Point Therapy, Postural and Injury Rehabilitation, Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Release, Chair Massage, Athletic Performance Massage, Total Matrix Integration Systems, Swedish Relaxation Massage, and Reflexology.
- 40 hours supervised human cadaver dissection exploring relationship between the myofascial system, skeletomuscular, tendinous, ligamental, organ, lymphatic, blood, and nervous systems.
- Ongoing training in the field of hands on soft tissue therapy 17 plus years, under Dr. Marc Ellis, D.C. MS, NMT, DACNB, FACFN, FABBIR; founder of Georgia Chiropractic Neurology Center and creator of Myosynaptic Therapy.
- Over 20,000 practice hours of result driven hands on therapy experience.

- Ongoing 29 years of Martial Arts experience, studying under Grand Master Jim Sams and Dr. Marc Ellis at Sajido Martial Arts Academy.
